All tee time sales are final. They are non-cancelable and non-refundable. However, there are situations where a change request may be honored. If you have paid 100 % online and would like to request a change, please complete the online Reservation Change Request Form. If you have made a reservation guaranteed by credit card, please call the golf course with whom you made the reservation to request a change. What is SSL?

Why don`t I see the SSL padlock?
Our booking engine is usually `framed` into other sites. This is like having two browser windows in one, but you can not easily see the address line and other information, such as the SSL status (padlock), in the second browser or frame. To verify that the framed window is transmitting using the HTTPS protocol you can right click anywhere in the frame (just not on an image) and select Properties from the pop-up menu. If you look at the Address line in the Properties window, you will see that the address for the framed page is an HTTPS address.

Will you give me directions to the course?

Why don`t I get an email immediatley after I sign up?
Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.

Why do you offer times that end up not being available?
The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process. Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.

Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?
Some tee times on our web site require full payment online, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front online payment.

Can I make tee time reservations by phone?
All tee times must be booked online - not over the phone. To continually bring you the best deals, we have automated the process and accept only online bookings.

My credit card is good, why won’t your system accept it?
We only accept Visa and MasterCard. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work, complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.

Did I get the tee time?
After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a Thank You page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. If not, please complete the Contact Us form.

What about sales tax?
Most tee times do not include sales tax. However some course do include Sales Tax in the price of the tee time. If Sales Tax is included you will see the Tax Included Icon on the specific tee time. You can also Click on any tee time, and check Tee Time Details, to determine if sales tax is included.

Do you charge a booking fee?
An additional booking fee is charged for some reservations. This fee is charged by a third party company that allows us to connect to the golf courses tee sheet electronically. Click on any tee time and check Tee Time Details to determine if a booking fee is applicable to that tee time.

Is the booking fee refundable?
Discounted tee times are non-refundable and non-cancelable. If the golf course is closed due to weather we will issue a refund for the amounts paid on line other than the booking fee, which has been paid to a third party

How far in advance are tee times available on the website?
Discounted tee times are normally available 3 to 7 days in advance. For tee times not available on the website, please contact the course.
